Chubb Ltd. said Monday it has named Julie Dillman, formerly senior vice president, Chubb Group, and global head of operations and technology, to the new position of executive vice president, Chubb Group, and digital transformation officer.
It also named Thomas Kropp, formerly deputy global operations and technology officer, to Ms. Dillman’s previous position of senior vice president, Chubb Group, and global head of operations and technology.
Chubb said in its statement that in her new role Ms. Dillman will partner and work closely with Sean Ringsted, Chubb’s chief digital business officer, and the company’s senior business officers.
Ms. Dillman, who will still have executive oversight for the company’s global operations, will continue to report to Chairman and CEO Evan G. Greenberg and President and Chief Operating Officer John Keogh.
Mr. Kropp will have global responsibility for technology, service operations, business resiliency, procurement, real estate and general business efficiencies, while Ms. Dillman will retain direct responsibility for certain operational areas, including workplace experience and flight operations, the statement said.
