The Congress was controlled by the Dems and much of our economic policy was initiated there with Bush compromising. It is a fallacy that these policies reflect those of the Bush Sr-Clinton years. It is also a fallacy that we are anywhere near the same position we were then. I explained before, and I’ll mention it again, Bush Sr – Clinton inherited an economy in growth. They had the freedom to address revenue by raising taxes. To do so in our current situation will not help us out of the hole, it will only dig a deeper one. After stepping down as an Elder I got more and more angry and bitter because of two Elders who really took advantage of the friends and lorded it over them†so to speak. I hired a private eye and spent some money but it was worth every cent when. I got video of both of them ( at different times) picking up prostrates both eventually got Dusfellwshipped and once that happen both got beat up by unknown individuals. Both ended up in the hospital one can barley walk today because of it. no sympathy for either one of them.
