Senior Business Analyst FP&A

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Analyst to drive our global Nobel Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes, provide strategic support in the areas of budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and introduce strategies for improvement.

Job responsibilities:

• Compilation of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process

• Working with all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future expectations

• Publishing monthly standard business performance reports and ad hoc analysis

• Definition and implementation of standard work processes to gain efficient and accurate financial reporting

• Performing financial results analysis to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures

• Driving global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes around G&A, indirect OpEx and working capital, including productivity improvement and standardization

• Acting as Finance business partner to global G&A leaders (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Executive), driving performance improvement and coordinating global G&A costs

• Responsibility for day to day G&A cost controlling, including but not limited to: accruals, actual reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost reporting to respective functions

• Leading projects across cross-functional teams and performing ad hoc financial control duties as required

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field of FP&A

• Solid experience with SAP, or similar, and financial consolidation systems (HFM/Cognos)

• Previous experience with Business intelligence systems and reporting systems (Hyperion or other)

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in the English language

• The ability to work independently and have a good grasp of “big picture view”

• The ability to question and challenge in a constructive way
